Rhema Bible Institute is a two-year, non-degree-granting institution and is an educational outreach of New Beginnings ChristianMinistries, Int'l and H Lee Clay Ministries. This program of study is perfect for the average person in the pew who desires to receive advanced training in Bible and ministry skills. Our mission is to educate each student within a rigorous academic atmosphere so that he or she might receive structured discipleship in order to live his or her life with maximum effectiveness for the Lord.

​For well over twenty years now, Christian leaders from virtually every Christian tradition have been complaining about the issue of biblical illiteracy in America. Almost everyone in this country owns a Bible, but far too few take time to read them and much less study them closely. Rhema Bible Institute is a biblically based and Christ-centered educational ministry with a heart for people and a commitment to excellence. ​

At the Rhema Bible Institute we offer courses in both Practical Theology and Biblical Studies. We do both in a systematic kind of way which makes learning the Bible and Theology very simple because it is done in a very orderly way.

• To edify believers and promote personal Bible study.

Our Emphasis

Without reservation, all teaching at RBI is carried out according to the biblical principle of “rightly dividing the Word of Truth” (II Tim. 2:15) in light of the distinctive message of God’s matchless Grace revealed to and through the Apostle Paul. RBI promotes the universal proclamation of “Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery” (Rom. 16:25).
